My View Towards Euthanasia

I think mercy killing is not right. I earnestly think that it is an ominous thing to do. It's like murder. People may think it's right because they don't want to see each other suffer, but they can't just let them die like that they should have hope for them.I don't think it's right for someone to choose when you have to die.But if you tell someone that that's what you want then yes they should be able to.What if you had cancer and you'd be the one in that hospital laying in that bed close to death I don't think you would be wanting to die especially if you have a family waiting for you to get better and come back home. What if they decided to let you go, but you were going to get better because you heard there are treatments for it that can really help you but you needed to get pugnacious about it.I'm pretty sure you'll be anguished because it's like your family gave up on you. I think everyone should die when they are in a morosely way ,where they can't stand the pain and you are really seeing them suffer.

My Opinion Of Mice and Men

a. Explain George's perspective for what he did to Lennie.
a.George didn't want Lennie to suffer any longer. He knew that if they ran away that they'll come back to a problem once again.George would rather kill him and let him die thinking good thoughts than Curley kill himand hurt him or make him suffer in jail.George saw Lennie as a brother and he cared for him alot that's why he put up with him so he wanted the best for lennie and that's what he thought was the best to do.
b. Do you think that was the best thing to do for Lennie?
b.Yes in a way I thought it was best, because Lennie will always will be doing bad things without meaning them.I also think he could of just ran away and George could of done the working or they could of went with their familyor a friend.

2. Father in Italy Accused of Murdera. Using a "quote" to support your response, explain the father's reasons for what he did.
b. Using a "quote" to support your response, explain if that was the best thing to do for the daughter.
c. Do you agree or disagree with what the father did? Why?
a.The father of this girl did something she wish to have ,"The court accepted that before the accident, his daughter had expressed a preference for dying over being kept alive artificially."He also as a father wouldn't want to see his daughter suffer in her life. He as other Italians didn't see that as illegal he thought of it as helping his daughter out.
b."Italy does not allow euthanasia."So in that case no it was not the best thing because now he has to deal with all these situations of Italy and it's law.Another reason was that she could of lived and maybe people would help her or you never know she could of gotten better. 3. Man Kills Family after Losing his Job a. Imagine and list things that might have been going through the father's mind as he contemplated his "mercy" killing. (In the article, the father's suicide note gives specific evidence of why he did what he did. Elaborate on it.) Specifically, what could he have been negative or paranoid about?b. Unfortunately, with America's failing economy, many professionals are losing their jobs. While many do not resort to something as extreme as the man in the article, it does cause stress within families. What are some ways that parents can support children (to succeed in life) that do NOT require money? a.What I think that went through the fathers head was that he was scared for his family. He didn't want his family to live without money. He also quotes that he doesn't want his children to be in somebody's else's hands. The faxed letter claimed that "after a horrendous ordeal my wife felt it better to end our lives and why leave our children in someone's else's hands." b.What the father could have done to support his family without any money was show them love.He could have also support his kids in school. He could of went to meetings that his children had or any events. But especially show them how much he cares for them. b.Yes in a way I thought it was best because Lennie will always will be doing bad things without meaning them.I also think he could of just ran away and George could of done the working or they could of went with their family 2. He also quotes that he doesn't want his children to be in someone's else hands. The faxed letter claimed that "after a horrendous ordeal my wife felt it better to end our lives and why leave our children in some one's else's hands."Maybe he thought that they wouldn't have enough money to feed and support his children and maybe they would take his kids away from him and put them in foster care because he doesn't have a job nor does his wife.
